    • ANY money received in the Mail Box is paid into the SERRA Current Account and ALL outstanding accounts must be paid promptly.
  4. OWL Publication
    • Items for inclusion in the next edition were mentioned briefly but no date was given for the next edition which probably would be in early in 2004.
  5. Future Board Meetings
    • The President suggested that the Board meet once every 6-weeks instead of each month. As events evolve more frequent meetings might be necessary. Not everyone was in agreement with the change for a number of reasons but it was decided to make the change for the first quarter of 2004.
    • It was important not to have a date conflicting with the regular meetings of other associations that are attended by SERRA representatives.
    • It was noted that only Wednesday evenings are available to SERRA in the Friendship Room at Manor Road Church. A new meeting place would have to be found for an alternative evening.
    • Further discussions at the January Meeting.
  6. Date of the Next Meeting
    • Wednesday January 7, 2004 at the Manor Road United Church in the Friendship Room, starting at 7:00 p.m.
