- Other Business
- Deputation from Mary Mark and Peter Durrell living at the Hillsdale house next to 225 Forman. A counter deputation to that of Charles Farrell (see Other Business - Minutes September 15) following rejection of the development plan for 225 Forman, at the Committee of Adjustment Hearing in September. The owners of the Forman Ave property have informed local residents of their intention to appeal this decision to the OMB. Both parties have requested support from SERRA IF there is an OMB Hearing and are embroiled in a bitter neighbourhood dispute. The property on Hillsdale Ave is currently on the re-sale market and it is claimed that the selling price is compromised by the dispute and the probability of an OMB Hearing in 2005.
- President Jim Walker stated that SERRA does not intervene in neighbourhood disputes nor appeal the decisions made by the Committee of Adjustment.

Date and Place of the next Board Meeting 2004
