- Jim will follow-up to get contact information for John Holland and Paul Newbigging and get back to Shelley laskin NOTE: See attached update.

Treasurer's Report
- No report was received.
- Jim will follow-up with Paul Newbigging.

Spring OWL
- Shelley Laskin will forward the information received from Trustee Josh Matlow, Hodgson Sr PS Landscaping Project and from the "Field of Dreams" Project to Paul Pelton.
- Jim will follow-up with John Holland will write FONTRA report on two Bills for the Spring OWL.
- Shelley Laskin will forward PDF sketch of Hodgson regarding landscaping Project
- Brian Abbey will write article on Bill 124 and its implication on Building Permit/Code and Committee of Adjustment.
- Jim will follow-up with Ron Lalonde on the commitment to write the article on "Why I joined SERRA" and value proposition.
- Include announcement on Garage Sale/Book Swap and potential description of fundraising initiatives - Brad has volunteered his garage and will do pick-ups for it-as of mid April.

Garage Sale and Book Exchange
- Potential Garage Sale at Manor Rd United Church for May 27th or Book Exchange or Garage Sale attached to Maurice Cody PS Fun Fair on June 3rd.
- Jim will follow-up with Paul regarding the venue options and get back to the Board-the Board prefers June 3rd if Cody will advertise our event.
- Jonathan will confirm advertising for the local papers if we know by the 21st of the month for the community calendar.

- Minto Construction Liaison Group Report from Margaret Walker
- Section 37 funding is now resolved and settled-13 suites at 263 Russell Hill Road for seniors affordable housing.
- Next meeting is later this month.

Updating the Website
- Brad reported that he will commit to updating the website information by the end of the month.

- Michael Walker has sent around a survey and it is on his website.
- Michael Walker has sent around a notice of motion on a new assessment plan based on the California Model that changes the value of the property upon the sale of the property.
