Agenda and Follow-up items
- Brian checked with Ellen Macdonald and the Church has brought in a policy not to allow garage sales on their property.
- Brian suggested that the community could have a garage sale all on the same day and for a nominal fee, SERRA could advertise the sale and the addresses of the participants and make money from the difference between the fee and the classified. In addition, others could donate their profits.
- There was also a suggestion that one of the real estate agent could do the signage.
- Brian suggests that it could go in the OWL and see the response - pick June 23rd as the tentative day.
- As an alternative, Shelley is going to ask to see if we can use Hodgson and get back to Brian.
-

- Shelley to forward Brian the letter for donation to Michael Walker.
- The Leaside Association is trying to block the demolition of Kelvin Grove Apartment on Bayview (at Millwood). They have applied for heritage status. They had a community meeting last week with 400 people turning out.

- Committee of Adjustment - Brian reported nothing of significant local interest to report.
